Charles Kalal, a Ghanaian-UK based musician has vehemently spewed venom on the Ghanaian Djs and Radio Presenters in the UK over what he describes as shear nepotism and non-nationalistic.

According to the aggrieved musician, before any DJ or Presenter plays a song of a fellow Ghanaian musician who resides in the UK, the musician has to pay a cut-throat amount.

Meanwhile, when it comes to the issue of other African nationals staying in the UK, the story is different.

Again, in order to suppress the uprising Ghanaian musicians in the UK, most of these Djs and Presenters have to charge an exorbitant amount for interview just to deter them parading to fame.

He further added with shock that many are occasions where event organisers keep demanding money from some of these uprising musicians before permitting them to perform.

This menace, according to him, has paralyzed most of the Ghanaian talented musicians living in the UK.

The problem also extends to most of the popular musicians from Ghana who migrate to UK for greener pastures by collapsing their careers entirely.

In logical sense, as every Ghanaian at home advocates for patronising in made in Ghana products, so should every Ghanaian in the Diaspora do. Even if this allegation is true, then a reasonable explanations should be spelt out to these victimised musicians for co-existence of peace and harmony to prevail.

Charles Kalal, who has been in the UK for more than a decade, can boast of the following songs; Odo ne me life, I'm blessed, Ma me location, fire fire, Ayikoo, Wo ye me mistress and Me Nkowaa.
